Configuring an SLA policy automatically assigns remediation due dates to new findings based on severity.

Note: If the severity of a finding is modified after importing or creating the finding, the due date does not change. If you change a severity and need the date updated, you must update the date manually.
  1. From the top menu, select Administration > SLA Management.
  2. If needed, click the Active toggle to enable or disable the SLA policy.
  3. For any of the text fields in the Days to fix column, enter the number of days the finding of that severity must be remediated by.
