Add a custom field to a Resolve entity.

  1. From the top menu, select Administration > Entities & Fields.
  2. Click the entity entry.
  3. Click the Custom Fields tab.
  4. Select one of these options:
    • Click New Field.
    • Locate the field entry, click the ellipse icon (  ), then select Edit.
  5. Enter the field name.
  6. Select the field type.
  7. (Optional) Enter tooltip text.
  8. Click Add Field or Update Field.
